2.Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
3.Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
